BĂGHINĂ  Domnica         Born in Ciuperceni, Gorj county, Romania, in 1951

Doctor’s degree in economics, specialization „Finances”, awarded by the Academy for Economic Studies of Bucharest.   Degree in economics awarded by the  Academy for Economic Studies of  Bucharest, Faculty: Finances - Accounting.

Chartered accountant, member of C.E.C.C.A.R., taxation  advisor, member of the Taxation Advisors’ Chamber .   From 1979 until 1993, she was successively senior economist, senior inspector, specialized inspector with the National Economy Financing Direction and manager of the General Accounting Direction, within the Bank for Investments - Head Office, subsequently S.C. Romanian Bank for Development S.A.

From 1993 until 2002, she was a financial controller, head of office and manager within the Romanian Court of Accounts.   Counselor of Accounts, appointed by the Parliament of Romania, since 2002.
