From 1993 until 2008, she successively held the position as a financial controller, head of office and manager within the Romanian Court of Accounts, carrying out specific control  activities of state owned companies, in the field of privatization, public entities, coordination and methodology. In the capacity as a manager, she coordinated the control of public funds meant for economic activities.

Counselor of Accounts appointed a by the Parliament of Romania in 2008, for a six-year term of office.
