Doctor’s degree in Agriculture and Horticulture, specialization Management and Marketing in Agriculture, awarded by the University for Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Cluj-Napoca.

Degree in economics, specialization Finances, awarded by   Babeş-Bolyai  University of Cluj-Napoca.

She attended various post degree specialization training courses in economic effectiveness, marketing, movable assets legislation, commercial companies liquidation procedures. She attended numerous training programs.

Chartered accountant, member of C.E.C.C.A.R.

From 1974 until 1985 she was an inspector and respectively a senior inspector with the Nacional Bank, Cluj Branch.

In the period 1985-1990, she was a chief accountant and head of accounting office with I.C.S. Foodstuff and Textile Shoe wear of  Cluj-Napoca.

Since 1990, she has been successively an assistant lecturer, a lecturer and a professor within the University for Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Cluj-Napoc, where, as of 2005 she is a doctor’s degree coordinator, .

Counselor of Accounts appointed by the Parliament of Romania, in 2008 for a six-year term of office.

She published numerous specialized works.
