NEICUȚESCU  Gheorghe        Born in Bacău, Bacău county, România,  in 1952.

Master’s degree in economics, Financial and Accounting Management, awarded  by “George Bacovia“ University of  Bacău, Faculty of Accounting and Management Informatics.

Degree in economics, specialization in finances, awarded by the Academy for Economic Studies of  Bucharest, Faculty of Finances and Accounting.  

Between 1974 and 1979, he was a computer operator, cost price planner, merchandise counsel and economist, with “Proletarul” Cloth Enterprise of Bacau.

In the period 1979-1992, he was a specialist inspector with Bacău county Popular Council.

Between 1992 and 1993, he was a specialist inspector with the General Direction for Public Finances and State Financial Control, Bacau – the Direction for State Financial Control.

Financial controller, head of office, deputy manager and manager within Bacău Chamber of Accounts, in the period 1993-2008.

Counselor of Accounts, appointed by the Parliament of Romania in 2008, for a three-year term of office.
